User Guide

Creating an Account

    From the home page:
  • Select the ‘Register’ option in the top right corner
  • Completely fill out the required information with your business’s contact details. Although it is not required, we strongly suggest including your website, as potential customers may want to visit it before contacting your company.
  • Select all phone manufacturers your company installs and supports
  • Verify that your Google Map location is correct
  • Thoroughly read through the terms and conditions
  • Give a brief description of your business and the services offered. This information will be shown in the listing.
  • Verify that your information is correct and select ‘continue’ at the bottom of the page
  • Choose what type of account you want to sign up for. If you select a Silver or Gold subscription you will then be prompted to submit credit card details for billing.
  • If you choose a paid subscription the account will be automatically activated. If you choose the Bronze level then your account will be verified and activated within 24-48 hours.

Managing Your Account

    Once you have an active account, managing it is simple. Simply login and you will be able to:
  • Change the credit card information on file
  • Change the billing address
  • Change or upgrade your subscription
  • View the map of your listing area(s)
  • Delete your account (effective immediately)
  • Cancel a paid subscription (effective when current billing cycle ends)
  • Update your business’s information
  • View the account’s history since its creation including:
  • Number of impressions within the last 30 days
  • Total number of impressions
  • Number of remaining addresses you are permitted to include on your account
  • Top zip codes, which are where your listing appears most often
  • View, add or edit the addresses associated with your account
  • View, add or edit the zip codes associated with your account

Paid Subscriptions

  • All Silver and Gold paid subscriptions have extended company details on your listing’s contact page. This content can be viewed and edited from your account management page.
  • Gold paid subscriptions are offered the option to upload a picture or logo accurately representing your business. This image should be in either JPEG or GIF format and up to 150px wide.
  • Both Silver and Gold levels allow users the option to select a monthly or yearly subscription. If you choose to upgrade, your current subscription plan will be taken into consideration and you will be offered a prorated price.

Notes

  • Every address included in your account must be associated with a valid e-mail address. The email address can be the same for each street address.
  • When an interested customer chooses to fill out the contact form in order to reach your business, that information will be sent the contact email address associated with the listing. Please be sure that the associated email address is regularly monitored.
  • If you have a paid subscription and your method of payment fails, you will receive a phone call notifying you of the situation. In the future this may change to an automated email correspondence.
